Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all these rules.

1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between jitaace ("Platform", "we", "our") and registered users of this platform ("User", "you"). These Terms apply to all gaming, betting, and related services.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the jitaace website, mobile application, and all associated services.
  • "User" refers to any person who has created an account or is using the platform.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.
  • "Net Loss" refers to the difference obtained by subtracting total winnings from total losses over a specific period.

1.2 Legal Applicability

These Terms take effect from the moment a user registers and remain fully in force for as long as the account is active. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on jitaace and use any of its services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the platform and participate in any betting or gaming activity, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of any platform service by minors is strictly prohibited.

21+ Warning: If registered as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or from the same device or IP address, will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be truthful and accurate. jitaace reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds if false or incorrect information is provided.

  • Active mobile number (Bangladesh)
  • Valid email address
  • Correct date of birth (minimum age 21)
  • Full name matching your National ID or passport

3. Account Verification and Security

The jitaace platform follows a KYC process to keep users' identities secure. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals or in the case of significant winnings.

3.1 Documents Required for Identity Verification

  • Clear photo of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (where applicable)

3.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Giving any third party access to the account is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the jitaace support team immediately.

SSL Protection: All data transmitted on the jitaace platform is secured by SSL encryption. Your financial and personal information is not disclosed to third parties.

3.3 OTP Verification

An OTP may be sent to your mobile number during registration, login, and withdrawal. Do not share the OTP code with anyone under any circumstances.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

All rules relating to financial transactions on jitaace are detailed below. Every user must follow these rules.

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for deposits on jitaace. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.

Important: Deposits made from another person's mobile banking or bank account may be rejected, and returning those funds may take time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed to successfully make a withdrawal.

  • Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
  • The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit method
  • If an active bonus is present, withdrawal is not allowed until wagering is completed

4.3 Financial Fraud Prevention

In the case of any suspicious or unusual financial transaction, jitaace reserves the right to request additional verification and to place the transaction on hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus offers from jitaace are given under specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jitaace offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000, and to withdraw you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

Please note: A bonus is not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. Funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

  • Weekly jitaace Reload: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, 20x wagering — once per week for regular members.
  • jitaace Slots Festival Bonus: 75% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering — once per month.
  • jitaace Weekend Dhamaka: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering — every weekend for all members.
  • jitaace Birthday Gift: Up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering — for verified account holders.
  • Refer a Friend, Get jitaace: Up to ৳3,000, 12x wagering — for each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time. If you withdraw a deposit without completing wagering after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled. jitaace reserves the right to change or cancel any existing promotion at any time.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to the use of jitaace's gaming and sports betting services.

6.1 Betting Rules

  • Sports bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the event.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jitaace reserves the right to void that bet.
  • In the case of a disconnection during live betting, the bet will be settled at the state it was in when the connection was lost.
  • Placing multiple bets on the same outcome in a single event may be restricted.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Live casino and slot game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. Each game has its own RTP and rules.

6.3 VIP Program and Cashback

jitaace's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated from that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For more details, visit the jitaace VIP page.

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the jitaace platform. Violating these rules will result in the account being closed immediately.

  • Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits.
  • Attempting to avoid bonus conditions through bet hedging or arbitrage strategies.
  • Attempting unauthorised modification or hacking of the platform's software.
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Deceiving or cheating other users.
  • Placing bets using robots, bots, or automated software.
  • Impersonating jitaace staff to influence other users.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, cancellation of all winnings, and legal action where applicable.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 jitaace's Rights

jitaace may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of the Terms.
  • Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
  • Suspicion of fraud or deception.
  • Being identified as a minor.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. It is advised to complete all wagering requirements and withdraw any withdrawable funds before closing the account. The support team will assist if you wish to request self-exclusion in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

jitaace endeavours to operate its services without interruption, however the platform's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

  • If a bet or game is interrupted mid-way due to internet disconnection or a technical fault.
  • If a transaction fails due to a delay or error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
  • If service is disrupted due to an uncontrollable event (force majeure), such as a natural disaster or government restriction.
  • If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or third-party access.
Gaming Risk: Any betting and gaming activity involves financial risk. jitaace does not guarantee winnings. Play within your means.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 Purpose of Data Use

  • Identity verification and fraud prevention.
  • Account management and service delivery.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.
  • Promotional communications (based on user consent).

10.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

User data is not shared with any third party except for fraud prevention, payment processing, and legal requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution

jitaace is committed to resolving any user complaints quickly and fairly.

11.1 How to Submit a Complaint

11.2 Resolution Steps

  1. Submit the initial complaint via live chat.
  2. Send detailed information and evidence by email where applicable.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after new terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request closure of your account.
